Maxime Laurent focuses his practice on corporate, M&A, finance, and commercial law for both US and international clients. He recently obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from NYU School of Law, where he graduated with the Charles D. Klein ’63 Law and Business Award.
Prior to attending NYU School of Law, Maxime worked in the corporate department of Ashurst LLP in Paris. At Dunning Rievman & MacDonald, Maxime works primarily on cross-border acquisitions, financing agreements, corporate governance, corporate advisory, and general commercial matters. Originally from France, Maxime’s awareness of differences between U.S. and foreign legal frameworks enables him to effectively guide international clients in their U.S endeavors.
