Andrés Arnaldos Montaner focuses his practice on corporate and finance transactions. He represents foreign investors establishing and developing their businesses in the United States, and he advises companies, investment funds, and banks on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions in the United States, Latin America, and Spain. For the last fifteen years, Andrés is particularly proud to have worked on many clean energy, social, and transportation cross-border projects, including award-winning municipal and state infrastructure initiatives that have connected communities and created jobs in Latin America. In the United States, Andrés can advise on matters such as: incorporation of entities, acquisition agreements, shareholders agreements, joint ventures arrangements, finance agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, and employment agreements.
Originally from Spain, Andrés has experience in civil and common-law legal systems. He began his career as an attorney in 2004, at the corporate department of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, S.L.P. in Barcelona. Since 2008, he has worked in the United States at leading US and international firms—such as Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Milbank LLP—and, prior to joining Dunning Rievman & MacDonald LLP, he was a partner at Ashurst LLP’s New York office.
