Antoine Gatipon-Bachette focuses his practice on corporate transactions and general corporate advice, including M&A, finance, and commercial contracts, assisting both U.S. and international clients, particularly European clients. He recently graduated from his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the NYU School of Law.
Prior to attending NYU School of Law, Antoine graduated from a Master’s degree at the Université de Bordeaux, did one year as an Erasmus student at the University of Bristol, U.K., and graduated from the Master’s degree in “English and North American Business Law” at the Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He also worked as an intern in several law firms and companies in Paris where he gained extensive experience in corporate transactions, as well as commercial litigation and corporate governance.
At Dunning Rievman & MacDonald, Antoine works primarily on cross-border acquisitions, financing agreements, corporate governance, corporate advisory, and general commercial matters. Originally from Bordeaux (France), Antoine’s background in both common and civil law systems enables him to assist international clients with their U.S. endeavors.
