Adam Braverman focuses his practices on commercial law. Adam began his legal career an associate at leading firms, including McDermott, Will & Emery and Schulte, Roth and Zabel LLP, where he gained extensive experience in a broad-based corporate practice including advising on entity formation, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and general day-to-day business advice. In addition to commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions, he is skilled in dealing with an array of employment-related matters, including employment contracts and separation agreements.
Prior to joining Dunning Rievman & Davies, Adam developed his own private practice, focusing more on small to medium sized businesses with the goal of being able to truly engage with his clients, acting as a partner, advisor and advocate. He is skilled at solving problems at every stage of the business lifecycle, and he is often viewed by his clients as their de facto general counsel.
Adam currently advises businesses across a range of industries, including advertising, hospitality and entertainment.
