Ignacio Gorostidi focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation.  He recently obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Fordham Law School. During his studies he specialized in both investment and commercial arbitration and transnational litigation.  Mr. Gorostidi also acts as a due diligence counsel in litigation finance matters.

Prior to his LL.M., Mr. Gorostidi worked in the Dispute Resolution department of a British law firm where he participated in commercial and civil disputes before the Spanish courts as well as in insolvency disputes.  He also has experience in international and domestic arbitration proceedings in a wide range of industries such as construction, infrastructure, and commercial matters.
